
Ganesh L. Navaratnarajah
Ganesh Navaratnarjah is the founder of the NavaCup initiative. Ganesh holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ryerson University. Coupling his engineering degree with several self taught IT principals, Ganesh worked for several companies in an IT capacity before opening his own IT consulting firm. Ganesh currently serves as an Strategic Business Architect for one of the largest Banks in Canada, the TD Bank Group.
Currently living in Toronto and having grown up in East Scarborough, Ganesh has witnessed first hand the effects of the digital divide in urban environments. His drive to create NavaCup events is based on the premise that all youth in his community should be afforded the same opportunities as their peers for learning and growth. Those same opportunities that were opened to him upon receiving his first PC during his schooling years.
Ganesh brings to the NavaCup team his global work experience and his ‘self starter’ mentality that he applies to all aspects of his life. He is driven by making the world a better place, starting with his community of East Scarborough. Ganesh is a sports fanatic, and especially enjoys being active in Volleyball, Soccer and Tennis.

Aaron McIntosh
As Managing Director and Principle of Boardwalk Creative, Aaron leads the team’s business development and public relations efforts, and is the nucleus of the concept design team. A graduate of the University of New Brunswick, Aaron holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts – Economics. Aaron has spent his career in the telecom and IT sector. He believes that community development and philanthropy is critical to the success of any organization and has made it a cornerstone of Boardwalk Creative. Throughout his career Aaron has been very active on numerous community development boards and committees within the Province of Ontario, and New Brunswick.
Having worked in fostering network broadband expansion for years he sees the perils of the digital divide, and the valuable contribution that NavaCup’s efforts will provide to ensuring as many kids as possible are pulled from that gap.

Shamila Frost
Shamila Frost holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management, specializing in Hospitality & Tourism.
After graduating from Ryerson University, she started her career in Hospitality sales at Casa Loma. Five years later, she was recruited by the Hard Rock Cafe to oversee their two locations in Toronto. During her five year tenure at the Hard Rock, she was instrumental in the development of the group sales program, as well as sales and marketing for the Toronto market.
Shamila currently resides in Mississauga and works as a part time retail merchandiser for Hallmark cards which allows her the flexibility to dedicate her time to volunteering and taking care of her two children.
Some of Shamila’s hobbies include reading, dancing and taking photos.

Dennis Collier
Dennis D. Collier was born in New Jersey while his Dad was in Vietnam. He is very fortunate now to be able to work with him every day in their family woodcarving business that he started in 1971. His unique hand carved designs decorate some of the finest homes and institutions. Denis manages all aspects of the project, from reviewing and interpreting architect drawings, engineering solutions and vendor relations.
A self taught musician, Denny loves to play guitar and piano. His hobbies also include travel, cooking and photography. He is married to Radhika Navaratnarajah and now lives in eastern Pennsylvania.

Radhika Navaratnarajah
Radhika Navaratnarajah has worked in the banking sector for much of her career. Most recently, she was at Citigroup in New York, in Private Banking and the Smith Barney Investment Bank. In Toronto, she has also worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Radhika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Toronto, completing a specialist program in political science and sociology.
Radhika currently lives in eastern Pennsylvania. She is a sports enthusiast and loves to travel. Her other hobbies include reading, gardening and photography.

Jennifer Page
Jennifer Page currently serves as the Manger of Client Relations for ASSOCIUM. Where she and her team work in partnership with their clients to analysis and build efficient solutions that ultimately achieve their client’s objectives and mandates. Over her career, Jennifer has developed a unique blend of leadership, managerial and entrepreneurial skills that allow her to leverage her over ten years experience to develop strategies, drive results and exceed client expectation. Jennifer is a graduated of the University of Western Ontario and holds her bachelors degree in Economics. She was born and raised in Scarborough, and currently resides in Toronto.

Mark Nethersole
Mark Nethersole was born in northern BC and raised in Quebec. During his teenage years he developed a respect for of teamwork while competing nationally in the sport of speed skating. He translated his competitive drive and discipline into a successful career in sales and account management. Currently pursuing his real estate license he is thrilled to be in a position to devote time to his love of volunteering.
Married for over 20 years and proud father of a 19 year old son, Mark loves skiing, working out, hiking mountains and volleyball.
